San Dimas Chamber Open House and Launch Party was a huge success. Over 70 members and businesses interested in joining the chamber attended. Members heard first hand about the new Chamber Master software that gives members online exposure, received the annual chamber calendar and event information, learned about exclusive member benefits, and received a newly redesigned membership plaque.

Chamber President/CEO Karen Gaffney said. "It was great to see the interaction at the information tables - as it truly looked like the members were engaged in wanting to hear about what the chamber is doing". Gaffney had the privilege of hearing some great comments about the event and about the direction of the Chamber. One comment in particular was to address appreciation in seeing the involvement and support from all of the Board, Ambassadors and Volunteers who were working the event. Additional comments included: loved the new plaques, great idea to have an open house, looking forward to participating in the Chamber, did not realize everything the chamber offered, happy to see the chamber becoming more business oriented and less social, love the new chamber software and website, planning on getting more involved now that the chamber is doing more for business, love seeing all of the new professional looking emails, like the new ideas for networking and connecting businesses, and so excited to see the direction of the chamber.
