On April 23, 2025, at 12:00 Noon, Chip Fulghum, Chief Executive Officer of Endeavors, will speak to the Satellite Rotary Club of Military Family Support via Zoom on “Leading with Purpose: A Conversation with Chip Fulghum on Supporting Vulnerable Communities.”
Chip has been with Endeavors since 2019, first serving as Chief Operating Officer and now as President, leading a dedicated team of over 2,000 employees. Endeavors assists individuals facing crises such as veterans, homelessness, and disaster victims.
In this session, Chip will share insights from his leadership journey, his role at Endeavors, and the organization’s vital mission to support vulnerable communities. With over 35 years of federal experience, including distinguished service in the U.S. Air Force and the Department of Homeland Security, Chip has led high-impact programs focused on providing crucial services during times of crisis.

Speakers Bio:
As CEO of Endeavors, Chip Fulghum leads a service organization of nearly 2,000 employees
dedicated to helping people in need across the United States and Puerto Rico.
Fulghum joined Endeavors as its COO in 2019, before being promoted to President & COO in 2022. He accepted the role of CEO in January 2024, affirming his dedication to the organization’s mission of service.
In his time with the organization, Endeavors’ impact has grown as Fulghum led the team to expand services to help more people in need. In 2023 alone, Endeavors served almost 225, 000 people – including 7,500 veterans – under his leadership.
Fulghum served as a U.S. Air Force officer for 28 years, rising to the rank of Colonel. After retiring from the Air Force in 2012, Mr. Fulghum built a successful career within the Department of Homeland Security, where he served in a variety of leadership roles. In 2019, Mr. Fulghum was recognized as a Presidential Rank Award honoree and a Distinguished Executive for his exemplary service as Deputy Under Secretary for Management at the DHS.
He holds a Master of Business Administration from Golden Gate University in San Francisco,
California, and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History from The Citadel in Charleston, South Carolina.
