Roads Of Success (ROS) is a Southern California 501(c)(3) non-profit organization striving to advance human rights in the Middle East and advance the quality of life for people both locally and internationally. In 2007, the Egyptian-American mother-daughter duo, Yvette and Jacqueline Isaac, see the devastation in Syria and Jordan firsthand due to the refugee crisis, and it breaks their hearts. ROS simply starts with them renting a U-Haul truck and driving throughout Southern California to gather supplies to send back to refugee camps in Jordan. Through partnership with the Prince of Jordan, along with contacting any and every political and humanitarian connection they know, Yvette and Jacqueline are able to send over their first container shipment to serve Syrian refugees in Jordan.
ROS is devoted to serving women, refugees (IDPs), and the underprivileged throughout the Middle East by empowering them through media and education, advocating for equal rights, and supporting their needs to maximize their future potential. In particular, they work with displaced communities in Iraq and Syria. They aim to help millions around the globe reach their potential and positively influence their societies for a better world.
Their vision: They believe in a future where Middle-Eastern women and youth are able to reach their potential to positively influence their societies for a better world. Physical, mental, and emotional well-being is their hope for those who face major challenges. They are dedicated to putting in the hard work in seeking to transform the lives of those they serve.
